This article focuses on the idea of a reality created by how we view reality. So basically, everything that happens in our world exists because we make it so. From mental health issues to quantum physics, I attempt to break down quantum physics and show how much theory can affect our own personal lives. Quantum physics has been around for over a century, and some argue that it will never be fully understood because of its incongruency with classical mechanics. But even then, it influences the way we live. I will also briefly discuss how quantum physics theorizes that the observer creates reality and why this is important in our day-to-day lives.
Quantum physics is the study of tiny things, such as atoms and particles. It is inherently different from classical mechanics because it assumes that matter can be in more than one place at a time or exist in more than one state at once. This is demonstrated by the famous double-slit experiment, initially performed by Albert Einstein. This experiment was meant to establish whether light could be affected by particles. When viewed under certain conditions, the device would allow a particle to pass through either slit but never both slits at the same time. In other words, one slit had no effect on the particle while the other produced an interference pattern (the superposition of two designs). A classic example of quantum physics is the double-slit experiment. This device can be altered so that the second slit will accept the particle only when both slits are open. But even in this variation, one slit still has no effect on the particle while another captures it (the interference pattern). If both slits were shut, you would see an interference pattern if you looked through only one, but if you looked through both at once, you would see a single particle pass through.
So how do quantum physics and manifesting fit into creating our own reality?
Thoughts are things; choose yours wisely
When we see anything in life, we are bringing into existence our own version of reality. We are the only ones who can view what we see, so when it comes to shaping our own reality, that power has to come from us. If you aren’t aware of how your thoughts create your own realities, then you might be controlled by other people’s perceptions and views of reality. It seems impossible that one person could alter reality just by thinking, but it is true. If we can think about one thing and then see another thing, then we have already created a new version of reality where things were once different.
So how do you know if you are controlling your own reality or not? You’ve probably heard the saying “ignorance is bliss”, and this is where it comes from. Many people believe that ignorance is better because it allows you to live in the “good” part of reality. If we all knew what was happening in the world and how we would die someday, then most would probably be unhappy with their lives. Ignorance can keep us happy at the moment, but it’s when we are ignorant of things that real problems arise.
So how do you change reality? We are the only ones who can create our own realities. We can control our thoughts, and we can change our beliefs. Though it’s hard to believe, if we believe something strongly enough, then it will manifest reality into existence even if we are unaware of what is happening. These moments of happiness are the times when we have made a reality for ourselves. If you believe in something strongly enough, you can make it real. Whenever you feel a moment of happiness or think about someone, you create another experience for yourself. This is when we can make our own realities and create our own destinies, but only if we believe in them. If we want to be successful, happy, and content, then we must consider these things into existence by thinking about them regularly. It’s basically like attracting stuff to yourself. The more you think about something, the more energy you give it and the more likely it is to become a reality in your life.
So we can shape our own realities by thinking things into existence. However, just thinking about something is not enough; we need to engage all of our senses.
To design your dream life, you need to follow these steps:
Order (Ask) – Design Your Dream Life Plan & Set Big Goals.
Expect (Believe) – Overcome Limiting Beliefs & Blocks.
Achieve (Receive) – Manifest by Taking Inspired Action.
The Law of Attraction is based on the belief that: “like attracts like”, meaning that positive thoughts attract positive things while negative thoughts attract negative things.
If you believe enough in something to happen, you have already created a new version of reality. You are manifesting your own destiny by creating your own world. Your mind is powerful, so use it wisely, and don’t let others control your reality just because they think about it more than you do.
English philosopher James Allen wrote: “As a man thinks, so he is; as he continues to think, so he remains.” Stoic and Roman emperor Marcus Aurelius wrote: “A man’s life is what his thoughts make of it.”
So get thinking and feeling and imagining and create the life you deserve.
Until next time, keep on keeping on.
